Using an integrative approach, I work with you one-on-one to help build awareness and understanding of your thoughts, emotions and behaviours, process your experiences, and incorporate positive changes to help you thrive.

 

Drawing from evidence-based theoretical frameworks such as Adlerian Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), we work together to arrive at the heart of your issues so that we can begin to move through them.

I work from a compassion-based, client-centred and trauma-informed approach. This means you can expect to be treated with warmth, care and respect as we co-create treatment plans that are relevant and unique to you. We work at a pace you’re comfortable with – always.
